Three kinds of plan
Every listing shows which one it is, because it changes what you receive.
- Your own email. Activated directly on your own account — you own it. This is most of the catalog.
- Our email. Delivered on an account we provide and hand over. Used where a vendor only sells seats in a workspace.
- License key. A license key is provided for you to activate. Desktop software like CAD tools.
Questions
Are these official subscriptions?
Yes. Plans are activated through the tool's own billing — on your account where the listing says "your own email", or on an account we provide where it says "our email". You use the real product with its real features.
Why is it cheaper than the official price?
We buy in volume, use regional and education pricing where the vendor offers it, and pass on partner and startup credits. The listing tells you which kind of plan each one is.
What does "your own email" vs "our email" mean?
Activated directly on your own account — you own it. Delivered on an account we provide and hand over. A license key is provided for you to activate.
How do I pay?
UPI or bank transfer, after we confirm availability on WhatsApp. We don't take card details on the website.
How fast is activation?
Usually within minutes during support hours (10am–10pm IST on WhatsApp). Orders outside those hours are handled first thing the next morning.
What if a plan stops working?
Message us with your order and we replace or fix it within the validity period. The only exceptions are plans explicitly marked non-warranted, which are cheaper and sold as-is.
Can I get a refund?
If we can't activate what you paid for, you get a full refund. Once a plan is activated on your account it can't be un-activated, so we replace rather than refund from then on.
A tool I want isn't listed. Can you get it?
Usually. We add tools every week. Message us the name and we'll quote price and validity.
Do you offer bundle prices?
Yes — ask for a bundle quote when you're buying two or more tools together.
